Our Commitment to our customers

Our Holy Smoke products will be delivered with our highest standard of quality that we both will be happy with and proud of. Should any issue arise you are not happy with please contact us as soon as you can so we can act on it straight away. We will act in accordance with the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
 

Returns policy

For returns and credits, Holy Smoke will need to be notified within two days of receipt of delivery for the claim to be accepted. Claims outside this time frame may not be accepted.
 

Refund policy

Holy Smoke is fully commited to protecting your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

In the unlikely occurance that our product arrives to you in less than satisfactory condition, please call us within 24 hours and we will replace damaged or faulty goods, otherwise a full refund will be issued for the value of the damaged or faulty goods.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind orders, so please choose carefully.


Pricing and currency

Our prices displayed are in NZ dollars and include GST and any other sales tax.

All sales are within New Zealand only.
 

Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our product, once orders have been made they are not able to be cancelled.
