*Sorry but due to the nature of our product we do not deliver to rural addresses via this online store.

Delivery Restrictions
We are unable to ship out of NZ and can only deliver to rural addresses by special arrangement, please phone us first on 03 9432222.
We deliver to you on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Holy Smoke will deliver according to the delivery option requested by our customer. We suggest you get your order delivered to a business address so that someone is there to sign for the delivery. On completion of the delivery instruction the delivery responsibility for Holysmoke ends.
Christmas Deliveries
Please place your orders by the first week in December for pre-Christmas delivery.

Delivery F.A.Q.
Where do we deliver to?
All major towns and cities and some rural areas but please check by phoning us first if you require an RD Delivery to see if we can accommodate your request.
How is your order sent?
In a re-usable polystyrene box and ice pack via our proven overnight courier service so that you will receive it in a perfectly chilled state.
How will I know if my order has been sent?
On dispatch we will send you the order tracking details. If you have not received you order by 1pm on the following day please phone us on 03 9432222 (option 4) so we can help you with the tracking process. Please note that our Smokehouse operation closes by 3pm daily as we start at 6am so please phone by 1pm if you can.
What days do we dispatch orders?
We dispatch orders the day before you receive them apart from local Christchurch orders which are all the same day. Please place orders by 12 noon for next day delivery.
For out of Christchurch we dispatch Monday for receipt on Tuesday, Tuesday for receipt on Wednesday, Wednesday for receipt on Thursday and Thursday for receipt on Friday.

How do I keep my order once delivered?
Please note that our products have generous keeping dates in the fridge clearly stated on the vacuum bag. Alternatively you can beautifully freeze any of our products or better still, share your delivery with friends to achieve free freight every time.
